"Your Navigation System" — the forum’s creative concept, told as the story of a person living in a world full of uncertainty. Fog, shifting circumstances, and an endless number of paths to take. We turned Coral Club’s two-day business forum into a full-scale show, where the hero searches for a sense of direction in life and in business — and the company becomes the very navigation system that helps them move forward.


How do you hold the attention of 5,000 guests across two days of a forum?

We built 10 show pieces that wove the entire conference narrative into a single production: performances with the speakers, a staged awards ceremony, talking points for the hosts, audience interaction, dancers, acrobats, aerialists, moving sets, and surprise special effects. The climax was an encounter with one’s own inner voice, embodied by an opera singer beneath the dome of the Live Arena. The room rose to its feet.
